전문/비전문 직업 시장에서 그리스도인 일꾼의 필요성은 다음과 같은 이유로 이 시대에 절대적으로 필요로한다고 본다.
Love is just the word until someone gives it meaning.
Mission is just the word until you give it meaning.
-every christian needs to be known, accepted, and understood.
-every christian needs to be inspired to moral excellence.
-every christian needs to have resources for decision-making and problem-solving.
-every christian needs to have resources for growing in Christlikeness on the job.
